Here are some impressions and reflections from this summer’s Leadership Academy, which took place in July 2024.

Learn more about Dalia Bankauskaite, a Lithuanian interdisciplinary expert in security policy, strategic communication, and political advisory. She joined the Beyond BAFF podcast to talk more about what excites her about this field and where it's heading.

Katrin Ounap is an Estonian researcher focusing on clinical genetics and rare diseases. She investigates the genetic causes in Estonian children with unclear diagnoses. Her main clinical interest has been metabolic diseases. She has consulted and treated many patients with genetic syndromes and chromosomal diseases too.

The latest Beyond BAFF episode features two guests, both highly engaged in forensic psychology and violence prevention in the Baltic States: Kristjan Kask and Zuzana Vasiliauskaite.
