Krista Rozenberga, Creative Project Manager at Luminary, New York

My name is Krista Rozenberga, and I am currently completing my internship as a Creative Project Manager/Event Coordinator with the Creative team at Luminary. Located in the heart of Flatiron, Manhattan, Luminary is dedicated to uplifting women in both their professional and personal lives. Luminary members gain access to a dynamic range of programming and events, an expansive network, curated content, and activities across the country. In addition to our NYC co-working space, we offer an extensive partner network of co-working spaces throughout the U.S. and internationally.
Living in New York has been an extraordinary experience, immersing me in the city's rich history, art, culture, and diverse communities. There is an undeniable energy here—people arrive with dreams of making their mark, and the city’s vibrant spirit drives them forward. It’s no surprise that New York is known as “The Big Apple.”

Beyond my time in New York, my BAFF experience has taken me to Arizona, Canada, Miami, Boston, Chicago, Philadelphia, Utah, as well as Upstate New York and New Jersey. Exploring these places has given me a deeper appreciation for their unique landscapes, history, and cultural richness.

One of the most rewarding aspects of this journey has been connecting with fellow BAFF interns, both through daily interactions and our Enrichment trip to Miami. Surrounded by such intelligent, ambitious, and inspiring individuals, I am continuously encouraged to take risks, build confidence, and strive for personal and professional growth.

This internship has been truly transformative—it has reshaped the way I think about my career, my aspirations, and the people I choose to surround myself with. I am incredibly grateful to BAFF for this opportunity, which has been one of the most impactful experiences of my life.
