Grants
BAFF Alumni Professional Development Grants support alumni professional development and networking by providing funds for teams of two or three BAFF Alumni to attend a professional conference or short-term training in the U.S.
Why Teams?
Attending with colleagues is more likely to lead to creative implementation of new knowledge and experience. To achieve the BAFF mission “to enrich the ties between the United States and Estonia, Latvia, and Lithuania", this program’s objective is to deepen BAFF alumni relationships across the Baltic states, scholarship programs, and participation years.
To encourage collaboration across disciplines and employers, teams may include members from the same or complementary professions, industries, or volunteer organizations.
