During his internship, Justinas worked on applications of the random forest algorithm for snowfall detection using satellite passive microwave sensors. In this episode, we delve into his day-to-day work as a snowfall detection researcher in the U.S. and the challenges he faced when he moved there with his family.
Justinas shares his insights on climate change and sustainable development issues from his perspective as a hydrometeorologist and his experiences working as a Data Scientist for Climate Risk at Danske Bank in Lithuania.
